This policy brief discusses the implementation of the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana scheme (BSKY) of Odisha State in India implemented by the State Health Assurance Society, Government of Odisha with the support of two third-party administrators (TPAs) from February 2019 to February 2020. The objective is to provide insights & suggest areas for improvement to increase scheme uptake for eligible beneficiaries.
